Notch

Notch + The Wales Half Marathon

NOTCH® is the fashionable, stylish, go-anywhere bracelet designed for Notches (think of them as charms, but different!). And each engraved Notch you add to your bracelet, tells your story of personal achievement.

The Wales Half Marathon Notch has been designed to celebrate the achievement of taking part in The Wales Half Marathon.

Wear your success with pride and celebrate by adding a Notch to your complementary NOTCH® Bracelet, engraved with your story of success.

Notches are made from brass, stainless steel or anodised aluminium. They're hand polished and engraved using laser-guided technology for a clean, long-lasting result so achievements are never forgotten.

Notches are designed to fit perfectly onto one of our complementary NOTCH® Bracelets, made from durable sports cord or premium napa leather braid. They're stylish, colourful and available in four sizes and fourteen funky styles. Each bracelet has a unique stainless steel clasp, featuring two neodymium magnets locking together with a safe and secure, super-strong snap.

Notches and NOTCH® Bracelets are fine to wear 24/7. Great for training, work or going out

Choose NOTCH® to celebrate your Wales Half Marathon achievement.

Top Tip - Start with a sprint tri early in the season. Swansea is a good one to get your confidence up as the swim is in SA1 Dock which is a great environment as you don’t have to battle the seas tide and currents.

It’s important to keep your threshold swimming going over during the ‘off’ season. Below you find two swim sessions which will help you going into the winter months. Try these twice a week and record your times. You can adjust the rest times and distances according to your ability. Feel free to reach out to the coaches at Heathwood swimming in Cardiff for extra help or any questions you may have regarding swim sets or drills.

For most of us the open water swimming season is coming to an end or is basically over. In October the UK water temperature in the sea, lakes & reservoirs are dropping rapidly and where you were able to swim in 17 to 20 degrees its now more like 12 or 13oc.
